Storage Containers
Storage container rentals have become very popular for both residential and commercial purposes. The main reason is that mobile storage allows your items to be stored right at your site. And renting on-site containers is very cost effective, and efficient! Whereas fixed storage involves driving across town to a storage yard, loading up your vehicle, and driving back to off-load your stuff. Customers also enjoy the sense of security with a locked “container” on site, instead of being held at a storage facility miles away.
Delivery and Pickup of
rented containers:
Containers are usually delivered with a 40’ roll-off container trailer. Smaller roll-back trucks can also be used for the 20’ containers, depending on what is available in your area. Please contact us for delivery and pickup prices. There is usually a minimum fee for the more local delivery and pickups. And long distance deliveries / pickups typically average around $5.10 per loaded mile.
There is typically both a delivery fee, and a pickup fee involved in obtaining a rental container. Please ask the sales rep for pricing. Those fees’ are usually calculated by mileage, and how difficult the drop and pickup will be for your site.

Are containers lockable and secure? Are they rodent proof?
Containers are built with heavy duty 12 to 14 gauge steel with bar locking systems, so security for you items is not an issue! The doors on storage containers seal up nice and tight with the locking door handles. The rubber gaskets on the doors allow for a watertight seal, and they are rodent proof. Just grab a lock and your good to go!
Container sizes available for rent:
The most common rental sizes are the 8’W x 20’L, and the 8 W’ x 40L’ containers. However, other sizes such as 8’x10’ or 8’x45’ may also be available, depending on current yard inventory(s). Often the 40’ containers can also come in the “high cube” models, which are 1 foot taller in size, and allow for more access and greater storage capacity.
Container monthly rates:
Leasing rates vary based on the size of the container, length of time, and current rental rates for your area. Typically 8’ x 20’ containers rents for between $95 and $135 per month. 8’ x 40’ containers typically rent for between $150 and $185 per month.
Rent to own programs:
A rent own programs are usually available, and is a great way to get started and secure a container. Then when the time is right, customers can buy-out the rest of the lease. Customers love the flexibility that rent to own programs offer.
Should I rent (or) purchase my storage containers:
If you think you might be looking at a long term rental, then ask yourself if it would be better to rent or purchase (or perhaps the rent to own program). We would be happy to quote the various rental and purchasing options to see what works best for you financially.

- 8×20’s containers range from 95 to 135 month
- 8×40’s containers range from 145 to 185 month
- 8×20’ office containers range from 220 to 295 month (based on availability)
- 8×40’ office containers offices range from 395 to 545 month (based on availability)
